4. No-load loss & current measurement
5. Impedance voltage, short-circuit impedance & load loss evaluation
6. Insulation resistance testing
7. Excitation current measurement at principal tap
8. Separate source voltage withstand test
9. Induced over-voltage withstand test

Special Tests:
1. Noise level measurement
2. Zero phase sequence impedance test
3. Short-circuit test
(conducted at CPRI Bhopal / Bangalore or ERDA Baroda)
4. Type tests on transformers:10, 16, 25, 63, 100, 200, 315 & 2500 KVA
Type Tests:
1. Temperature rise test
2. lighting impulse test
3. Oil leakage test
4. Short circuit withstand test 5. Pressure test
